You have the similar names, which could just be for them being friends, and the logs that can be easily faked the rest means nothing. Get a recording of both speaking so the committee doesn't have to take your word for it.
They don't have any clan in commun and half of the eastern European community only has CZ/SVK clans in their formers. It's kinda obvious its a multi but can't ban someone on logs.
