Have you tried using an alternative source to contact him? eg. ICQ/IRC ?

When i play vs huberts i ask him for demo but he say nothing :/

try to retrieve any contact info of him, so you can contact him yourself

if wave can tell you he won't send his demo, I bet he can also tell you how to contact him
