OK, I have only tried this on fort20, I have no ideas on wether it works elswhere or if it's specific to that map.
Anyway, if you go to one of the waterfalls in the mid area and stand almost at the flat edge you can see other players and items through walls.
My instructions suck, so I'll get screens in a second

Not very clear, but works all the same.

That works on any map, it's just easiest on fort20. I believe this has been known for quite a while...
-
It's a map bug, specific to that (and a select few other) maps.
-
Really? I thought it had more to do with the way VIS worked with the water...
-
I don't know any map with veritcal water that you CAN'T do this on...
-
seems like I remember on that map that if you look straight up in the waterfall, you can walk up the stream to the top also. Hmmmmm I'll have to go try it again
edit: yep right straight to the top

Yeah, that's not a glitch or bug or anything.
-
yeah thats supposed to happen, haven't you ever swam up a waterfall Noob? ;)
-
Well I tried at Niagra one time but they made me get outta the water cause I was disturbing the tourists.
-
haha.
Hasn't that been known for a long time? anyways i use that trick on that level all the time hehe.

It is, but it can be corrected by the mapper. People shouldn't be making vertical columns of water, anyway. It looks stupid.
