Title: Creating brushes that people can go through

How do I create brushes that people can go through like that wall in Carpathian Mountains where you go through the wall and you see red and blue people, an Autococker, a 20oz CO2 tank, and steel barrel?

I guess you have to select "mist" in the surface window.
