Have it just didn't feel like setting up another server because me and the TS3 permission system do not agree.

Edit: Looks like they overhauled the permissions interface with the latest TS3 update.

Edit2: I will be taking the TS2 server down, so you can go ahead and remove it from the list and delete the other post as well.

I talked to my host about why it doesn't work -- he then talked to a TS3 tech and basically the answer was "looks like it's broken, you'll just have to use the advanced interface until we fix it." :P
