Could we please stop advertising channels in IRC repeatedly? Once is enough.

^^ There were TONS of spam messages like that being mass-flooded all through IRC today. We really need to put a zero-tol ban on advertising.

Ok, people that are annoying about it, yes I agree. But if you are like "yooo brewsky #team_i man :)" or something its not a hassle. yet still people whine.
