hey everyone, i was just wondering. out of all the servers out there which one is the "Best"? - meaning with the least amount of lags :D
-
I guess that's depending on your location.
In Europe both OTB and Ic3y servers have proven themselves very stable over a longer time. I'd definitely recommend the both of them.
-
O.k. well i'm in the U.S.A., and idk the lag-less servers. [xD] do you know any of the good ones in the U.S.?
-
pub or match?
-
both
-
Team [CC] has probably the most used pub servers for the US.
Both Teams [CC] and - have match servers for use. Both are good servers to use. Your ping will depend on your location to the server and how it is routed.
-
o.k, then i got one more question - how do i reserve the match servers for [CC] ?
-
Both Teams [CC] and [ x ] have match servers for use. Both are good servers to use. Your ping will depend on your location to the server and how it is routed.
The [ x ] was missing :)
You can reserve match servers via IRC. Simply type !cc in #team_cc or !x in #team_x.
-
I believe you can type !x in #paintball to get a server too.
-
As you seem to be new here, you can locate IRC over the "Chat" button (http://digitalpaint.org/irc/index.html) on the top, or downloading IRC compatible software such as mIRC, Icechat, Xchat, etc.

Ah, yes. I believe you can reserve an [ x ] server in any channel you find "DPServ". (by typing !x)
-
If webhead's bot is there and has enough access. You can do it everywhere if I'm not wrong, if the bot is there obviously.
I think he tried to fix that tho. There was some channel where you could get the server from, I just don't remember which... Think it was some of cuso's clan
-
Yeah, the bot shouldn't need any level of access for the renting command to work.

I blame jits. this happens quite a bit when I type on this forum. It likes to leave stuff out.

I don't think it's a forum problem, but a user problem ;) HTML coding is getting activated with "[" and closed with "]", therefore the most of our clantags are read as commands. Pr0-tip: Preview-button

0k, Thanks Guys

Isn't the first time this forum has changed what I have typed. I agree this might have been a [ fault but this isn't the case the other times.
