Everytime i make sshot it goes like this
(http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/6081/sshot0008.jpg)
Any suggestions what should i do? Reinstalling didnt help for me.
-
How do you do your shots? the ctrl and prt scr way or some way DP2 has? Try the windows way and on another page just to test to see, might be a problem in windoze.
-
It is working great with fraps. But i need the PB way [pressing F12], because of committee sshoting ;)
-
You sir sure you didn't used photoshop before uploading/watching it?

Nvm anymore, i fixed it. My resolution was causing that to happen.

@payl
PB way [pressing F12]... its default bind
@Chef-Killer
hm ok i will try something but i dont want to change my resolution a lot because i use windowed mode
EDIT:Ok you were right i just changed my resolution to one which is smaller and now the sshots work great. So i will probably stick to this resolution thanks for help
-
I believe I've read somewhere that it has to do with the .jpg screenshot options. Not sure where I read that tho (or if I even read it at all ;D )
-
@pvtjimmy
idk but in this case the problem is not connected with format(afaik :P) sshot looks same as jpg or tga ;)

It's something weird with certain video card drivers. It might be the integrated Intel ones... I wish I knew what to do to fix it. Have you tried other OpenGL games (Quake3, Warsow, Alien Arena, etc) with the same resolution settings to see if they have the issue as well?
-
I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M.
No i didnt but i can do it.
EDIT:So quake 3 doesnt support 1366x768 but it works in warsow without any problems
-
Oh, it's happening on an nvidia card? Interesting. What OS? Are you playing in full screen or windowed mode?
-
Windows 7 64-bit, windowed mode. Happened with 1366x768 resolution only (yet). I will test more resolutions now..so i went through all resolutions but this bug only happens with 1366x768
-
Happens to me too.
~1366x768
~64bit Windows 7
~NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M
~Also have Intel HD Graphics
-
Hm, interesting - so you were using 1366x768, but the image you posted was 800x450. Did you scale the image down, or was that what it saved it as? Now that I know it's a specific resolution, that might help narrow down what the problem is.
-
My screenshots are still 1366x768.

Funny. I guess I already fixed this without knowing it. I redid some of the resolution stuff to allow for window resizing.
Edit: Or not. For some reason, the first time I tried, the screenshot took OK, but it was messed up after that.
Apparently 1366x768 is a weird resolution that causes the data alignment to be off. I've put in something that appears to fix it. In the mean time, use a different resolution, if you can.

i have same problem...
1366x768

This will be fixed in the next build.
