Title: Starting BSP (help me!)

im new to the map making, and for some reason when i try to open BSP, its says whatever.pak is not a valid file, some reason for this?

That's just a dummy file.  You don't actually need it.  Are you starting it up in pball2 mode?

yeah i have the same problem in that box it just says .PAK
wtf? if its dummy how do i get the map files in there? to create a map

Ok, follow these steps exactly:

1) Download this file: http://dpball.com/files/mapmaking/bsp_pb2_build015b.zip
2) Extract the contents to c:\bsp
3) Go into c:\bsp and double-click on bsp.exe
4) Select "PBALL2" as the game type.

Double click the .zip file, that you downloaded from Jitspoe's instructions...I really don't think you will be wanting to make maps.

mine says must have  4 saved folders or somthing like that i dont know!?
