That's an issue with some of the maps the server has. The server needs to be reset in order for you to join and those maps need to be removed. I don't know if there's an actual fix for that error.

You do not need anticheat for ic3y's q2jump mod server. The anticheat file is made for Q2, so it doesn't work on servers that run through Paintball 2.

That is the IP of the official q2 jump server in Quake 2, which requires you to download Q2, r1q2 and the anticheat thing to work. It's not ic3y's server that can be found from Paintball2's server list.
