Title: Ability to use symbols for clan tags

Import a pack of symbols which can be used for clan tags.
People are tired of simple clan tags.
This new effect would make it more fun.
Also i think that flipped letters would be cool too.

its a lot of work to edit the png file and there are already alot of symbols
