 does anyone have build 19, 20 or 21 sound packs? because i don't like he new sounds they bug me, i miss the old sounds because i can hear then better.

helps, but still can't locate any kind of files. filebase just has server browser stuff.

OK I got the sounds, but I've noticed that I can't hear the walking noise... like only when I'm in certain places it will make the step noise and it used to make stepping noise when someone is on ice or anywhere in the map. now it's in certain places, why?

Because you have removed the surface-specific sounds, which are only included in the recent builds, and not on the three builds you mentioned. Try to get the most recent soundpack, and just keep the surface-specific sounds.

just download the latest build and pull them out of the sounds folder...
