I know, he is speeding on my team just hours ago, and I didn't really record it, but he was speeding like a car, and I know it!

Also this guy was distrubuting in a pub Server: Superman's Jump I'm sure superman can share you the logs.

Whaley is correct.  I found the logs of him promoting cheats.  Will post on committee thread.

He obviously was speed hacking , his name is hahaibgone or Ihackyou, neither of these names are registered. The server was in syncmasters and I think it was about 8:00, not exactly sure. I posted both demos with both of his names (Since he changed it after people told him he was going to get banned).
