When you kill the enemy who is holding your flag, the flag goes to your base and back to where it should be (at enemy's dead body). We were able to reproduce it, I'm not sure when exactly it happens, if it depends on the distance between the flag carrier and your base, or if only one flag can be in possession at the time, or if you have to be the last man standing. Happened also on airtime, but flag flew through the walls (it just goes in straight line, same thing as if you sent it back and it came back right after that).
Tested on Arctic Public (62.108.40.110:22221), gameversion 1.922 (178), using new physics.
Watch the demo carefully, it happens right when the flag carrier is shot.

It's just interpolation. There's a way to shut it off in certain cases. I thought it was enabled on flags when they got reset, but maybe not (or maybe not in all cases).

Kind of minor, in my opinion.

I've seen this a few times, but only at the end of rounds. It always gets sent back at the beginning of the next round.

I meant the fact that it goes back to base and then back to it's supposed position, not the fact that it actually flies/moves. I just wondered if it's normal for flag to do that, I don't mind _seeing it_ at all. And yeah, it's pretty minor, just thought I'd give you heads up if it went unnoticed.

Is this still happening? Can't remember if I changed the behavior or not.

Somewhat similar happens if you kill someone on DM, he respawns: if his spawn is close enough, you can see him moving quickly in way spawn is.
