is there a command to control the speed , because i want to play v bots with highspeed!?

There is something called "speedhack", but I won't try this. ;)

ja ich weiss aba gibt es eine legale lösung und wenn.. aba ich dürfte mann überhaupt gegen bots einen speedhack auf seinem eigenem server verwenden?

No, you aren't allowed. If you use any kind of cheat/hack on ANY server, your IP will be put on the Global Ban List. This also includes local servers (as far as I know).
Despite that, you really shouldn't use or even own cheats/hacks. It's BAD!! ;D

It's only public servers that get you banned for cheating.  How would jitspoe know if you weren't playing on the internet?

But cheating on your own server is still a bad thing. If you cheat on your own server, maybe you'll cheat on public servers as well :)

Well it depends, you can play on mod servers in other games. Nothing to stop people from doing this on their own private servers in dp.

Some people like to do that, they wouldn't call it cheating but doing so would constitute it in whatever anti-cheat is in dp.
