fyi this isnt a troll. we spent like 30 minutes of our lives running around like chickens with our head cut off so peppah could record him walling. He caught on though and starts to play real dumb compared to how he played the first 20 minutes.

16:03 is pretty obvious, if not THE MOST obvious sequence. Beside that, 11:36 is a good one too and 6:39.

Everyone knows he's been hacking Rick. It's just the committee is too scared to vote from just demo's... Not like when we used to be committee. ;)

I got a couple funny demo's of him, i'll try to get around to that later. i have nothing against whaley, i think he's a cool guy but i do think he hacks in some matchs/scrims

You seen em on airtime its the worst when he will follow you through the house, or follow you through the middle ramp... If airtime didnt mess up with i load frkq2 on my old laptop he would already be done.

Maybe if you guys have good sound like me you would understand, but obviously you don't. I can hear you're sound movement from across the other side of the map so its easy to guess where you are. Also I knew blackout was off, I knew Peppah was chasing me as you can tell in my demo at 8:12 if I knew he was chasing me and blackout was off why would I hack? makes no sense. I have turtle beaches, and yes the sound is an advantage. But hitting someone with a pgp coming through a door when you couldn't see them (unless you have walls) is no excuse. And the example I just mentioned is in the duck demos. The sound in this game is buggy anyways, with the mirrored sounds its hard to get a grip of where exactly someone is, however, the sound is more important when someone is on a different surface, you know where the surface is, you know where the person is.
16:45 (of whaleys demo) he shoots me coming through front door pgp, the tries to hit rick doing the same.
also if you're going to watch that, might as well go to 15:30, where he stops and waits at the hump because he somehow knows im there waiting. Kinda like on the shaz 22 demo where he stops at the top of bridge and doesnt go forward because he knows the guy is on the ledge.
Those two points alone are obvious. If youre not going to watch all of these demos, I just employ you to watch the times given here, and the shaz demo.

He could just be really smart when playing the game, and think hard about where people are, combining that with good sound and decent gameplay, he may perhaps not be hacking. Havent seen the demos yet, but playing with Whaley, I can genuinely vouch for the sound thing. He gets pi$$ed off and stops playing so well occasionally when someones vacuuming in the background.

All I'm going to say is a lot of people vouched for Juicy before he was banned. On the issue of sound, its not really that helpful. Sometimes people are all the way across the map but it sounds like they're right next to you. The positional sound in this game isn't really that good. This game is not a multimillion dollar production like Call of Duty or Battlefield.

I have studio professional headphones. They do help a lot for knowing where people are, but the sound in this game does not allow for pinpointing everyone on the map... And the sound certainly doesn't make it possible to watch people through the walls, which seems to happen often... LOL

Shortly after that he grabs and tries to shoot him through a wall. LMAO
Just watched the demo of him on duck. In the first five minutes there are a few moments where he follows people through walls. Then he starts acting dumb. I don't care how good your sound is, there's no way you could follow someone through a wall by hearing their footsteps.

Here's a couple demos from months ago when CC first noticed whaley's odd gameplay... the first one whaley.dm2 is on tunnels there's some pretty obvious wall shots, like right around 13:00 with no recon comes flying out with his crosshair directly on cola.. the other ones are airtime where you can see he follows through walls among other things. Enjoy.

I know at least 3-4 of us are still around, but probably just like me ignoring threads like these. Either hackers are detected, or the demo's are not suspicious in any way.
In order to start a vote, we'll need good candidates to chose from. Any suggestions?

The demo of him on duck. Few obvious spots early in, then he starts playing dumb to try and cover it up.
Won't need to watch much of it. He'll follow people through walls. Hell at one point, him and I think Peppah are mid and he hides behind the structure. Peppah starts going to one side so he moves around to stay hidden. Peppah changes course and as soon as he does he moves the opposite way to stay hidden. As soon as peppah leaves mid he chases him.

Whaley; nobody is saying you for sure cheat - they're saying the demo's are very suspicious. You don't need to constantly state you don't cheat. People gave their demo's of you, and you just need to wait it out now - until the committee looks at it.
But regardless; Whaley wont get banned. These demo's seem obvious to me, but I can remember a few demo's from other people that were way more obvious, and nothing was done about it. Now that it takes weeks for the committee to even notice these threads, imagine how long it will take them to actually come to an agreement. At least back when there was some obvious demo's of cheaters, the committee was active.

We're completely aware you don't ban people. But you guys hold the power to get people banned. Jitspoe doesn't have the time to review all these demo's, so he gets you guys to do it for him, and vote on it.
From what I know, there's been bans that he disagreed with, but still put the amount of time the committee voted for. So you guys play a large part in banning people. The only way for this to go anywhere, is if the committee takes it. Regular community members don't have any influence in banning people. All we can do is report it here, and continually harass people until it gets looked at. But his demo's seem pretty blatant, would be nice if the committee actually took a look at it.

i guess some people don't have a capability to comprehend what i have said, seems to me some people have low IQ levels.
Foxhound, you are right it is my second language.
Gonass, let me tell you that DP at its current state, is every low on members. Yes their are like 100000 accounts but that doesn't mean anything, i wish at least 500 of those accounts made would play.
