Shorten the command to spec

EDIT: not really a feature but I didn't know what to call it.

or add the idea from bonos mod so u can just click specinvite and their name in the score menu

More letters having to be typed fast during a round = more chances to screw up. I'm not the only person who typos it multiple times.

Chem's idea works too. More interactive scoreboard in general?

Added a "spec" command that does the same thing as "specinvite" in the next version since it was trivial to do.
