Title: Feature: Separate chat from game messages
Post by: T3RR0R15T on May 11, 2013, 04:55:21 PM
It's sometimes hard to read the chat messages on a full server with much game messages.

Here is an idea how it can work:
Add tabs to the console. So one tab can have all messages and another can only have the chat messages. It can be extended, if the features 10250 (http://dplogin.com/dplogin/featurevote/feature.php?id=10250) (private player chat) and/or 10054 (http://dplogin.com/dplogin/featurevote/feature.php?id=10054) (ingame irc chat - could be done in a new tab maybe forced on the right side) are implemented. It should be much easier to communicate with each other.

I was thinking of creating a chat window when you press the T button (or whatever you have chat bound to), which would just have chat messages.
