Title: how to change aim texture?

Hey guys!

Can anyone tell me how i can make my own aim texture (this red thing that shows you where you are going to go/shoot)? I want to make my own, if this is legal.

Pls tell me when you know how to do! Would be great!

It's called a crosshair. and yes it is legal.

no idea how to make them though.
