Title: Set Number of Players Help

I was wondering how you set the maximum number of players for a permanent server.  Does anyone know?  I have tried searching.

I see that there is a server command, but is it possible to permanently set it.

Create a config file, add the line "set maxclients 16" (or whatever number you want) to it, then add +exec yourconfig to the command line when starting the server.
