im new, but im kinda good.

i can get 13 kills over deaths so far  8)

so please let me join you're clan :)

i dont cheat :P

The 13 kills is irrelevant. I recommend recording some demos of you playing on the common servers and then posting them here if you're looking to prove to recruiters that you're worthy.

Hit F1 to show the scoreboard. But the score would be irrelivant in your video. The person watching will look to see how you play, if your aim is good etc. Your final score does not matter.

Tab is also a default for showing the score.
And as lun said, gameplay is most important, not score. Make sure to get some teamplay footage and use recon.

You could have just recorded a demo (.dm2)
"record <demoname>" in console and then posted it here, lol.

Wow, is this for real ?

I'm not in a clan or anything but I very seriously doubt that they have clan matches in BombsAway and Dodgeball.  Also, running around pointing your crosshair at people in Seige Castle when you are out of the game dosen't constitute your skills.
