I think that once statistics get tracked, the most negative person each month should be perma-banned. It would build competition.

Perma-banned is way too harsh. It's not like you went against the rules. You were just bad at the game.

Poor performance is worse than wall hacking IMO. Wallhacking = cheat for winning |||| Bad play : cheat for losing. Just as bad, I say.

I agree, this forces people who suck to uninstall the game, which in turn improves game.
People who suck = cheat for losing = most accurate statement I've ever seen.
