When I shoot a teammate in every mode but DM, and possibly KOTH and Pong and TDM, it bounces off the player into a random direction.
I tried to get a decent picture showing this. (Look at the random ball in the right corner)

It always happen when friendly fire is turned off, and it's not a bug =)

My server has friendly fire on, so that's not true. And I didn't know exactly what it was, but I thought it was a problem, so I called it a bug.

It happens on other servers too, please do not blame me for something I didn't create, and let other people post here too. I don't want it just to be me and you posting a whole page of this. ;)

What you are describing here is how the game behaves if the friendlyfire is off, even tho you are claiming its on, you still should provide some proof. We cant just take your word for it and yes, telling us that you changed it in config.cfg/server.cfg isnt a proof. Check serverbrowser (if your server is visible in list) or type "cvar_set ffire" in console if you are an admin (not sure if its the right way to check).
Is the direction really random? AFAIK, if you had ffire off it would bounce in a direction oposite to the angle you were aiming at your teammate and the less to the center of the model you fired, the more it would bounce to the side.

The direction seems random, but if shooting in the same place, the balls will keep flying in that same direction.
I guess it's not a bug, but why does it happen?

To annoy you if enemy is behind your mate so you cannot kill him.
I guess it was designed to prevent from annoying shooting mates, but instead it annoys when you for some reason aim at your mate...

This is called antifeature. It doesn't annoy you because you don't play long enough ;) .

But you are Clipz, and you try to annoy me and end up being annoyed/trolled...
I found this annoying from time to time newbie block me when I know danger is INC I cannot shot straight and end up being killed along with newbie or some similar situation. Probably Clipz just never plays with newbies or has bad memory.

Well since when can you shoot through people? If you were not so bad then you wouldn't be standing behind a newbie. If playing with chalk means newbies then sure I guess even though we would both stomp you with our monitors off.
