Title: Petition to perm ban payl from the forums.

I'm just getting sick of his excrement. I'm sure im not the only one.

Also when payl rages towards all of us and tries to troll just ignore it.

True story actually. I should make a vote to remove Clipz from committee, but people on here actually like rage that he does, so it's pointless.
