Title: [Feature]Auto Delete unactivated accounts/ inactive accounts

A useful feature for new players. It is because some players get kicked for the names that are already registered. When I search those players, It says "This account has not yet been activated" or there is no information available, no former/ active clans, no extra names, just the registered name. Useless.

For the unactivated account: 1 month

For inactive accounts: 1-3 years

I can see deleting the unactivated, but inactive? Go fawk yourself, kid.

I disagree with deleting inactive accounts because people tend to return over time.

I'm for deleting unactivated account but against inactive... some ppl may come back to play DP2.
