Hello again!
Sorry to keep you waiting for voting stage, I'm truly sorry. So let's move ahead to rules:
1. One vote per user
2. User can change his vote
3. Vote is running for 14 days.
4. Results are displayed once voting is over.
Why no PACman you might ask? Answer is, there is such account already, and jitspoe haven't contacted me for case this nick wins, so It's not currently in voting.

Note: Proposition stage is over, however you can still propose new nicks, but they will have lower chance of winning of course. Also if jitspoe contacts me about "pacman" nick, I might decide to add it to vote.

Actually question "Who is Payl?" emerged long before you joined community.

I think I already stated that my only loves are: Jitspoe, Myers, Toxiic, Clipz. Anything over that will be considered orgy, so we can't add you. I kinda miss blaa tho, but he isn't too active.

Also, aimlib is secret project, don't spread information about it. You can instead talk about now-defunct PbHax (wallhack). Talking about pbhax, I'm thinking about releasing it without anti-detection parts, so committee have newer wh. But this have to wait till after april fools, because texlib is now being developed.
