Title: Maplist of the OldTimes Cup

I am going to organize yet another tournament in DP,
but this tournament will be a bit different.
You will have to play only on the old maps.
Please post your maplist iideas (only oldschool maps allowed).

- another one that I can't remember the name of. Big rectangle map divided into 3 sections. Base | Mid | Base. To get from your base to the mid you have to go down a little ditch with some water in it to get under the wall. Bad description but maybe someone knows what I am talking about.

Edit: Just remembered that it is battle or battle 2

I believe blaa means something along the lines of:
"We get it, Clipz. You've been playing from the start and that is very respectable, although you don't need to state it in every single discussion as 'evidence' of why you're right. We all know you're the greatest player DP has ever had and that without you in this community, the game would have died years ago. Also, as you're the best mapper in DP ever, everyone is required to implement your feedback."

Anyway, what defines oldschool? <2005? <2002?

Nothing is done this is my only retaliation torwards him. I could be alot harsher to him but I'm not. I never said I'm the best, I'm not not will I ever care to be. I haven't said anything negative in a few months about someone till now. Jitspoe won't do anything when blaa talks excrement so why can't I retaliate? I have reported him to mod a handful of times.

ON TOPIC - Clipz you can't really say: "THATS NOT OLDSCHOOL!!!!!" - There's no defintion as to what oldschool is. Yeah, you've played since the start, congrats. But anyone who has played 5+ years is pretty old school in terms of the games core of players. And maps that were played from 5 to 10 years ago, that aren't seen today, can be considered quality oldschool maps. I've played this game for like 7 muthaintercoursein years now, pretty sure most people consider that enough to be an "old player".

Some maps added to the maplist.
Because we have so many maps in the maplist, I have invented a new rule-When any team will pick a map, the map that was picked is removed from the maplist.

/EDIT: Oh i have found a really great map from 2001, lostpath (By Fryth & GoldBond).

Hmm...
I played it some times on my pub and it was a great fun. It's not very unbalanced IMO. Maybe this mid is a bit lineable ;)

Post by: Clipz on March 20, 2014, 12:41:17 PM: Irish brigade has two compete bases one flag is in a house. The other flag is behind a wall but can be accessed many other ways. It's a one path map, I don't think it would be good for tournament play.

I think ill start organizing it after this week.
+We need about 2 weeks for registering teams i think.
