Title: Web SB fixed

Yeah, my web serverbrowser just crashed some time ago while i was on a one week holiday trip without any internet access.
Fixed now. Reason of the crash? The VPS had no inet connection for a while and the app just crashed while updating the serverlist.

Now i see.
Dplogin was down for a while and the result of reading the list from dplogin.com/serverlist.php (http://dplogin.com/serverlist.php) was just an empty list.
Ill release a bugfix soon.
