It looks a bit plain. You could do well with adding a cool background image.

Don't be afraid to change the actual layout instead of just filling in different colors.

A few menus that I really liked in the past.

MW2 - Single main background, minimal color. Simple options with brief description.

Tomb Raider - Again really simple colors but still looks modern.

The Last of Us - Another good simple one.

Dead Island - Harder to do, but nice color combination.

These are just previews. You will be able to change the button style and background color separately.
Personally i prefer the last one.

Suggestions:
1. We can select the background (easy)
2. Gui that shows eye candy animations while using (difficult)
3. in-game script maker (very easy)
4. gui while connecting to server (idk how can it be done)
5. dpmusic embedded in the dpmod

scripts should be banned

menus are like texture packs

people like simple but good menus
