Nothing 2 Prove is going to try to host a series of tournaments over the next year in order to create a steady flow of competition into the scene. I am hoping to get a team of a few people together to help with this process.
Steady participation over the course of these tournaments will allow us to expand how we run the tournaments. (ie Group stages, and maybe even league's in the future)

Servers: cP for NA servers and hTml for EU (Please message me if this has any issues, if many people dislike these servers we can look for an alternative)
Teams: Teams do NOT have to be registered on Dplogin, and can consist of 5 random people.
Tournament Type: 3 versus 3 double elimination - Maps are set to 10 minutes to ensure it's a single day tournament.
Prize: There is no prize in this tournament

Tournament Details:
- This is a BETA MAP tournament. The map list will be decided 1 week prior to the tournament. Feel free to suggest maps. I would prefer to choose maps made by mappers who are still around (to promote those mappers and motivate them to keep mapping).
- The time limit per map is 10 minutes. This tournament will be completed in ONE day.
- Teams must try to be in #DP2match 15 minutes before the start time (12:00pm EST) to allow us to get the brackets and servers out to start on time.
- Each team gets to pick their own map from the map list. But the same map cannot be played twice during that match. Team closer to the top of the bracket picks their map first.
- The tie map selection process will be based on ELIMINATION. Where the team closer to the top of the brackets eliminates first throughout the entire tournament.
- NA vs EU: NA map on EU server, EU map on NA server.
- Server advantage in tie map goes to the team that won their map by more points. If they won by the same amount of points, then the team closer to the top of the bracket will get their server for tie.
- Brackets will be randomly generated.
- Joseph DePalma will be streaming the tournament on twitch and giving live commentary. (Potentially having his girlfriend co host with him)
- If anyone else is planning on streaming the tournament as they play, feel free to PM me your twitch and I'll post it for everyone to see.

Map list is still subject to change, and leaving some open spots in case some mappers want to try to finish a map last second. Will be finalized 1 week before the tournament (This Saturday).
