Why is this at the bottom of my screen? As well as many other players saying the same thing. snaz- bot v3 enabled and how do you get rid of it?

In the console

set snazbot 1 (turns it on)
set snazbot 0 (turns it off)

This joke is about 9 years old there is no God darn snaz bot
