Well, i've been having some problems with ping, on crack and arctic servers.
normally i have 60 or so ping on those servers, but a few days after i got a new router, i started to get 100 up to 300 ping, like wtf??
sometimes its fine, other days(like today) the ping gets crazy, and i have nothing open besides Paintball...
it only happens on those servers, all the others are fine.
sooo if anyone can help me, i would be thankfull.

Similar thing happened to me + I had black netgraph.
I find out that my new ISP is bad .. My ping is 40 and often gets to 200..
I reinstalled dp and didnt copy non of the files from old dp.
Somehow packetloss is gone and my ping is more on 40 then on 200.

Please stop telling about ping problems, just because you see it ingame.
Post some 'tracert' logs here. Do that when your ping is normal, and when your ping is too high.
And if we see there is a problem, we can complain about the servers.

@nya: You said that you got a new router. Did your ISP change? If that's the case, then it probably is a routing issue. As ic3 said, always post traceroute results.

i see them on server browser, and then in game, and i feel them when playing, like i told pker when i was playing on artic q2 jump mode, it was simply impossible to play.
ill try post the tracers here i did for first for crack and then arctic server, with the ping around 112, when i should had 60 or so.
Currently im waiting for my ping to get normal on those servers so i can do the tracer you asked.

With ping 120, you pinged my server located in New York City, USA. And thats a good ping for Portugal.

The hop from 10 -> 11 is the problem, but thats nothing what we can fix.
The last hop, from our server hoster to our server, 11->12, seems fine.
Same for my server.

so there's nothing i can do to fix that jump from 10 to 11 ic3y?

Its your ISP issue. Except for changing ISP again, not much you can do. You could try contacting them and telling them about it, maybe there is some problem with their router on that hop (happened to me too, contacted my ISP and they replaced their router).
