unbind key

I dont know about something like unalias though, guess you will have to remove them from the config.

If you want to remove a bunch of things, the easiest way is probably to open paintball2/pball/configs/config.cfg in notepad (or the text editor of your choice) and delete the lines you don't want.

Note: Do this while the game is not running, otherwise it will overwrite your changes.
