Title: Avoid forum spam

Just an idea I leave here.

Would it be possible to implement a sort of system where you need to prove your identity to be granted access to forums ? Just a picture or something from in-game. Also, we would need to supply IP that is gonna be used. Since proxy generate random ips, it would be hard to have the same IP over and over again.

Problem with relying on IPs is that some legitimate home users' IPs can also change sometimes.

That would be nice in many ways, but it brings up a new question: typically bans on the forums are separate from bans in the game, so if they BOTH were tied in with DPLogin, would bans still be separate between the two platforms?

Well, it's up to jitspoe. In my opinion, there should also be an in-game ban for breaking the forum rules but there should be no forum ban fot cheating.
I'm sorry for my bad english, the second sentence was too complicated for my grammar skills :P
