Title: [POLL] "PBLeague": ball_speed

I will start a new poll, because some people got confused about the old and new ball_speed.

2660 is the standard value, its set on Arctic, OTB and Superman since years.

2950 is the "new" value, supported by sample a few month ago (http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=28082.0). The MLG servers are offline and people told me, that uR changed it back to 2660.

Important to mention because we have all been playing with the 2660 ball speed since some times and i personaly though that the 2950 was the default ballspeed that was on every servers at moment.

definitely go with 2660, 2950 is a mindf--- on most maps when people aren't used to it
