Title: Menu Guide on the wiki.

Since i noticed there isnt any documentation about custom menus, I created this guide to make custom menus on dpball. It still need some more information but right now it has the basics to learn how to make a menu.

no someone erased everything.
but I made a backup copy so im putting it back up.

The wiki really needs people to be loged in to edit...
