Notable clans would be: [pM] (1-2 years), krew (8 months of activivity in krew) and -ch1ll- (um.. joined in early april)

I don't think I was in a clan for a significant amount of time before pM.

So far I really enjoy it. I used to play Unreal Tournament, but got rid of it when I had kids because it was too volent for them to watch. Now I can just explain that the guys on the screen are just playing paintball.

Wasnt it early 98 when it was out? Maybe that makes it 8 years. But I played qwpb until the first alpha/beta release of dp so there :p

Played Wolf 3D and Castle Wolfenstein soon after on our kick-ass Apple IIe that a library had retired.

Was in GraveDiggaz for about a day, then Gibb recruited me into Rust. Then a long period of inactivity. Then eR33t.
I guess Jits was like 14 or 15 when I started. And his parents, WOW what a bad move on thier part thinking about it today, let me, a practically total stranger (and somewhat of a looney freak) pick him up in South Carolina and drive him up to DC for DPCon. His mom was hot though!!!

I graduated high school in June '97, started at UMass w/Picklehead in Sept or late Aug of 1997, and he said smth about a UMass pball club. Some search engine came up w/quake paintball, and I hadn't played quake yet, but pickle had, so I checked it out. I still remember my first kills - two of my own red teammates on Battle. So, I guess I've been playing video game paintball since 1997. That'll be 9 years come fall.

[GT]S8n was very active on in pubs during'05. Thanks for remembering all the good friends that you made.
