my server will show up to me but not to other players. Such as my friends. Can u help me with my server?

You most likely need to forward your ports, and make sure that you aren't firewalled.

i think it has something to do with deleting to the game when i had to reset computer LOTS OF TIMES so i deleted alot of stuff! i delted server.cfg is that a problem. buuut i also reinstalled the game

Don't tripple post, use the "modify" link. And yes, you need the server.cfg

Go through the tutorial above again to make sure that you've redone all the steps. And the port forwarding is a MUST if you are behind a firewall or router, otherwise others can't see your server.

My keyboard was going off and on so me and my dad thought it was something with viruses so he deleted alot of my stuff and i got mad but its kinda going back in order

Look into getting a freeware virus or spyware scanner. I usually use Lavasoft's "Ad-aware", others use AVG Free, Spy-bot Search and Destroy, etc... check http://www.download.com/ for more. You should really have something.

Its a different Link.  The Link you are referring to is in QBalls, and on irc from time to time, but he hasnt be on for a couple days now.
