Hi guys

Any stat programs out there for pb2???

i have found one but cant seem to get it to work  :(

No, but jits is working on a global login thing that should eventually be able to track stats.

From what I heard from speaking with him it might be continued after the global login is enabled.

If you type 'stats' in console, it will show you your accuracy/KD ratio/# of shots and what not for that current map, other than that there are no official public stats

QStat works, but it just grabs standard Quake II stuff like frags, name, and ping.

GibStats is probaly the best stat program out there for servers that I know of. It gives tons of types of stats ranging from player stats, clan stats, map stats and a lot of other useful info. http://gibstats.planetquake.gamespy.com/  If you look at the stats from MeMi's website I think it was generated by GibStats but you would have to ask Pureblood.

No last time I checked the stats Pureblood was making for the MeMi servers were generated from GibStats

Correct, I used GibStats, but that program isn't fit that well for paintball I think. It was a lot of work to get the desired output (no good templates), and also to aggregate the stats of each player.  Additionally, it used some pretty bad data storage system, making it quite slow when a lot of data was entered.  I have quit using it quite a while ago, as I was awaiting XBain's official release of his program, and I will definitely try that out as soon as I get a chance.

i have download GibStats and QStat but cant seem to get them to work.

any help would be great getting them to work with pb2

The best stats were when eR33t had the stats page for their servers. That was at least 2 years ago, and I'm pretty sure Bain did that.

What every happened to the stat-tracking ability I added into Paintball about 4 years ago, where it sends a packet for every event to some central logging server?

That just did the same thing as the standard logging, only it sent the data via UDP instead of writing it to disk.  It didn't do any kind of stat compiling.
