i know you dont have a build of pball for a mac, but is there anyway i could take the source and build it for a mac on a pc? i am asking because i know some people with macs that want to play but dont want to get the bootcamp thing.

It's a little more involved than just "getting the source and building it for a mac."  I think Calrathan made some headway on it, but I don't know how far he got.
