Because it's much easier and faster to start a new topic like "HOW 2 JUMP RLY HI" or "WhERe DO I GET TEH LATEST H4CKS" instead of searching in the forums.

I vote tempban for starting a thread on the things bitmate mentioned.
OR, just have a sticky. And tempban for posting questions that are in the sticky.
