hi i got windows on my pc but i can't joinb linux servers but only windows servers what can i do abot it ?
-
Almost all of the public servers are run on Linux. Which ones can't you connect to?
-
when i start the serverbrowser you can see what version it is . I try to join every Linux servers but i can't , then i try to join a windows server and it started in a second
i can't join all the Linux servers.

It shouldn't make a difference if the server is running windows or Linux. The network protocol is the same. If the server shows up on the list, you should be able to connect to it. Are you sure it's not just a case where you don't have the map on the server or perhaps the server is a password protected match server? What happens when you try to connect to a Linux server? Try connecting here:

Hm, I remember somebody having a problem like this -- I don't think it was specific to Linux servers, but it would get stuck there trying to connect. I want to say it was some Norton utility causing the problem, or some similar anti-virus/software firewall software.
-
my antivirus and my firewall is never on
-
I wonder if this is at all related to the problem Picasso was having. Did you try connecting to any of the EV1 servers?
-
When did his problem begin happening and was he able to connect without a problem to the same servers prior to this problem starting??
