Title: HUD elements are all out of proportion

Caused by adding this to the command list in setup_controls_misc.txt

A green hoper, OMGZ!111 If his textures were green that would be bannable, but maybe he was just trying to make them look accurate, i've seen green hoppers irl. Not to mention, maybe hes on an old build and he has an indune ent file.
