Good Luck man, you might want to try to use IRC since most of the clans are on there. If you are looking to match that is.

i don't think you should be aiming to get 20 members either. i think the most successful clans are those with a smaller amount of people so you can learn each others game.

yah i understand that we should have as few members as possible, we just want to make our clan somewhat large, hardly any of us are ever on long enough to get a match going, if we had a few extra members.. it might help with that problem.. we do match alot, just makes it a bit harder =P
