Title: Light Blooms/Glares

I was thinking these might add a nice touch.  Not big, bright, blinding glares, but something subtle, like this:

With:

cool, will that make light reflect off of water/walls etc, or just a glare when you look in the direction of the light??

It will glare off anything that's bright.
