Title: How am I global banned and I just downloaded the game?

Just dl and installed game. Got in and tried multiplayer. Said Global ban connection refused. What does that mean?

That would mean you (or someone on your IP) has hacked. You might be able to take it up with jits, but it depends.

He has the same ISP as you.  It's just about expired, so I went ahead and deleted it.
