So, is there anyone that could post here a list of the taunts that you hear when you eliminate, be eliminated, grab the flag & capping it, rounds beggining & ending please?
Because i was watchin other day the movie Demolition Man ( that one in the future where Silvester Stalone and Sandra Bullock fight Wesley Snipes ) and i realized that one of the taunts here in DP2 is from that movie!
More specific, when you eliminate yourself there's one of a guy saying ''Stupid!'' ( that guy is Wesley Snipes )
Cud someone tell others?
I'm just curious about that ???

i deleted all of those sounds, they were annoying and pointless. all i have now are weapon sounds, and movement sounds

I question the legality of some of these sound files, so I did as Spook did, but then I replaced the funny things with stuff that my friend Voxx has recorded.

I replaced almost all of the sounds (except for the footsteps, etc.) with ones from homestarrunner.com (http://www.homestarrunner.com), Space Ghost Brak, Napoleon Dynamite, The Holy Grail, and some other random ones like "He touched the butt" from Finding Nemo.

Yeah, legality of some of those sounds is questionable. They should be replaced at some point. Some people really enjoy them, though, so I hate to ditch them.

Just unzip that to your \paintball2\pball folder. It will overwrite almost everything.

Started hearing those soundclips in my sleep man...had to delete em....plus I think it blocks the sounds you should be hearing like the enemies footsteps or their jumps. I think ill replace my sounds with kung-fu movie samples :]]

i think it would be cool to have the Quake2 Rocket Arena sounds, for instance, the 3,2,1 FIGHT! (which is mortal kombat) That would be a good starter...
but i deleted all my start & death sounds because they were annoying after awhile...

This has been talked about in the past. It was concluded that it is not very easy to do. At the same time it is really unnecessary.

For next version I think you should have your own sounds, to be professional about things. Not real sounds though cuz dp is more of an animated style game, not real life Ya kNo?.....I think the sounds should be somewhat cartooney? but not acuall cartoon sounds like you have now lol. Just me pennies..

you can use whatever sounds you like already...you can dl the sounds you want or can make the sounds yourself (this is much fun)

all my sounds are blank sound wavs. so much better then the pos sounds to start off with. movements and guns are the only sounds i actually listen to
