Title: Discussing func_getoutofjail

I put one in a map i'm making... when i touch it, it says, "eiii escaped from jail!"

but how do i get it to spawn me back in the game?

As soon as you touch it, you ARE in the game.

Edit: if you are doing this for your koth map, I'm planning to make KOTH mode either respawn instantly or respawn in short waves, so it won't really be necessary.
