how to change only 1 side of brush graphicks?

you can click the side of the poly you want to texture

Or... click the side u want, find ur texture and press

alt-f
to apply to the whole brush
alt-b

Also, ctrl+shift+right click in the 3D view is a quick way to apply a texture to a single face.
