The default should be f12, just hit f12.

"clean" means there won't be a crosshair, or any message like Kills/Streak and TimeLeft.

just bring down console with the tilde (~) key and type
bind f12 screenshot

In Europe I believe it is the ^ key.

^ (Various Euro)

Moral: just hit your keyboard randomly, it'll come up eventually.
